Gin Rummy games
Meld your hand and knock before your opponent does.
All four are Gin Rummy against one computer player, and your melds and layoffs are worked out for you. The classic game lets you knock with 10 or less deadwood and is played to 100 points. In Oklahoma the upcard sets the knock limit and a spade upcard doubles the hand, with 150 points to win. Straight allows no knocking, so only gin or big gin ends a hand, and the short game ends at 50.

About these games
Gin Rummy is a two-player game of ten-card hands. Each turn you take one card and throw one away, and a hand ends when someone knocks or goes gin, or is void when the stock runs down. Your decisions are which card to take, which to throw away and, where the rules allow it, when to knock.
Start with the classic game. Oklahoma makes you plan each hand around the upcard, since it sets the knock limit, and a spade upcard doubles everything the hand is worth. Straight has the longest hands, because only gin ends one, and rewards patience over quick knocks. The short game plays like the classic one but is over in fewer hands, so a single undercut can settle it.
Every variant is free in your browser against one computer player, with no sign-in needed. There is no undo, since taking a card back could show what is in the stock. Signed in, you can open an online table for two, choose any of the four variants and play a friend with the table's code.
